Hi Sophie - sorry you have another diagnosis but glad you seem to be getting the right treatment and support. The amitriptyline is rreally good for night pain and sleeping. I take 75mg at night and have to time it just right to avoid feeling hung over. About 8pm works to go to bed at 10 and be up for 6.

Hope you have had a good, relaxing weekend getting looked after a bit XX Ailsa

Ooh - also meant to say - if you don't specially like peppermint tea, try the 'Teapigs' brand. You can usually find them in farm shops and speciality places or delis. They are expensive but so pure and really minty. Worth a try if the ordinary bags aren't to your taste. XX Ailsa

Hi ok same as me then
i take mine 10pm for bed 11pm,up 6am sleep again 7am to 10am.
good see working qucik for me mine did also.
